At Tender Tree, we aim to ensure that your order is delivered efficiently and safely. Please read through our shipping details below to understand the options available to you.


Standard Shipping

  • Turnaround Times: Each product’s turnaround time is detailed on its respective page. Please check this to understand how long your item will take to be made. Once ready, your item will be shipped using the method chosen at checkout.
  • Default Shipping Method: Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail 2nd Class, which is untracked and typically arrives within 2-3 working days. During busier periods, such as Christmas, delivery may take up to 10 working days. If there are any changes to estimated shipping times, this will be noted on the product listing.
  • Orders Under £30: For smaller orders, shipping will be charged and delivery should be within 48 hours of dispatch after your item has been made.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over a specific amount.

Shipping Upgrades
To meet your delivery needs, we offer optional shipping upgrades at checkout, including:

  • Tracked 48-Hour: Fully tracked delivery service.
  • Tracked 24-Hour: Faster, fully tracked delivery.

If you need expedited services, please select the appropriate upgrade during checkout.


Non-Standard Shipping
Should you require a specific delivery method outside our standard options, we’re happy to accommodate. Additional administration fees may apply. Please contact us directly to arrange this.


Working Days
Our shipping operates in line with the UK business calendar, excluding weekends and bank holidays. These days may extend delivery times.


Processing Times

  • All our items are handcrafted and made to order. Standard processing times range between 1-3 business days.
  • During peak seasons, such as Christmas, processing may take up to 10 working days. Current turnaround times for each product are reflected in the item description.
  • Processing time is separate from delivery time, so please consider both when placing your order.

If we are on a break, this will be communicated through email banners and updated shipping times. Once your item has been completed, it will be shipped via your selected method.


Bulk or Special Orders
We welcome bulk orders and special requests for any of our products or services. Shipping costs, insurance, and specific terms will be discussed at the quotation stage for these orders.
